• forward roll 
• cartwheel

Novice stunting maintains on the surface with connection. Body positions allowed

At Notorious Superstars, we are dedicated to promoting the sport of All Star cheerleading and helping athletes reach their full potential. Our goal is to  provide high-quality training and resources to Superstars as young as 4 years old.

CHEER EXPERIENCE NEEDED! AGES 7-9 YEARS OLD. BIRTH YEAR BETWEEN 2015-2018.

Skill level appropriate tumbling includes 

• forward and backward roll
• handstand
• cartwheel and roundoff
• backwalkover/ switch leg
• valdez
• front walkover 

Stunting at waist and prep level 2 feet and body positions with release move.

CHEER EXPERIENCE NEEDED! AGES 8-12 YEARS OLD. BIRTH YEAR BETWEEN 2012-2017.

Skill level appropriate tumbling includes

• back handspring/ step out
• front handspring
• back handspring series
• back walkover back handspring/ step out
• valdez back handspring 

Stunting at prep and extension 2 feet and single leg stunts at prep. Half turn incorporated. Basket toss and release move.

CHEER EXPERIENCE NEEDED! AGES 13-19 YEARS OLD. BIRTH YEAR BETWEEN JUNE 1st 2005-2012.

• jump back handspring 
• aerial with front walkover 
• punch front
• round off tuck/ back handspring series tuck 

Stunting at extension 2 feet or single leg stunt with body position. Full twisting incorporated. Basket toss with skill And release move.
