Please make sure to arrive on time for practices, competitions, and other team events. Punctuality highlights your trustworthiness and reliability as a teammate.
NO CELLPHONE!
Once you enter the gym for practice, there will be a glass case to place your cellphones. At practice the coaches need you undivided attention. NO DISTRACTIONS!

We are committed to providing a safe environment for all of our superstars. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BULLYING. Doing so will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the team.

While a coach or staff member is talking, it's important to make sure that you are listening to what they are instructing or explaining.
CLOSED PRACTICE!
No parents, siblings, or friends are permitted inside the gym during practice hours. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No unauthorized practice!
No stunting, tumbling, or using gym equipment without a coach or staff member present due to safety reasons. ASK FOR PERMISSION FIRST!!

No sandals, flip flops, crocs, or boots are allowed to be worn during practice. Light weight tennis shoes ONLY.

No jeans, hoodies, or outside clothing are to be worn during practice. Practice uniforms are MANATORY!
